Refund Policy

2. Cases where a refund is normally justified

• payment is confirmed but the license or download link was not delivered and support cannot restore delivery;
• a confirmed duplicate charge occurred for the same purchase;
• a technical error delivered the wrong paid plan and the issue cannot be corrected properly;
• a material technical issue on a stated supported configuration prevents use and remains unresolved after reasonable diagnostics.

3. Requests after delivery and activation

After license delivery and activation, technical complaints are reviewed based on the cause, digital access actually provided and mandatory applicable law. Violating a game rule, receiving a third-party account sanction or having a selected control method blocked by third-party protection does not by itself establish a NeuroSK defect.

If applicable law separately gives the consumer a right to withdraw from a conforming digital product within a statutory period, this policy does not remove or shorten that right.

4. Games, anti-cheat and no mouse movement

Before purchase, review the system requirements, edition and available mouse-control methods. Compatibility of every software driver with every game and anti-cheat system is not guaranteed. FACEIT Anti-Cheat, Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), Riot Vanguard and other third-party protection may block or ignore software-generated input while NeuroSK itself continues to launch and detect targets correctly.

If NeuroSK launches, the license is active and computer vision works, but a particular game does not accept movement from the selected software input method, that limitation alone is not independent proof of a NeuroSK technical defect. The normal first step is to use another supported control method; some games may require hardware HID such as MAKCU or CH9329.

An exception may apply where, at the time of purchase, NeuroSK expressly and without qualification represented a specific game, edition and control-method combination as compatible, but that combination does not work and support cannot provide the stated or a reasonably equivalent solution. Those circumstances are taken into account when handling the user’s lawful remedies.

5. Compatible remedy before refund

For compatibility issues, support may offer diagnostics, another driver, configuration changes, a hardware HID option or temporary access to another edition at no additional charge. Offering such a remedy is intended to restore practical use of NeuroSK and does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

For some NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50-series PCs where Basic was purchased but Advanced is required for a working configuration, support may provide Advanced at no additional charge for part of the purchased license term, typically up to half of a fixed-duration purchased period. The exact period is determined by support based on the remaining term and technical circumstances.

6. Refund method

If a refund is required by law or approved after review, it is sent through the same payment channel where possible. The time required for funds to appear after approval depends on the bank, network and payment provider.

Where a provider performs currency or digital-asset conversion, the amount ultimately received in another currency or asset may differ because of the provider’s exchange rate and fees, which NeuroSK does not control.

7. Disputes and abuse

During an active chargeback or payment dispute, the related license may be temporarily suspended while the transaction is investigated. Attempts to obtain a refund while retaining active paid access may be treated as abuse to the extent permitted by law.

For a technical issue, contacting support first usually makes it faster to identify whether the cause is NeuroSK, the selected control method or a third-party game/anti-cheat system and to offer a compatible remedy.
