2. License and access

After payment is confirmed, you receive a personal right to use the purchased NeuroSK edition under the selected plan. License keys, download links and related access are intended for the purchaser and must not be resold or shared with third parties.

A plan described as “lifetime” has no pre-set license expiration date for the purchased edition. It does not guarantee perpetual support for every game, Windows release, driver, hardware device or third-party service.

3. Purchase and payment

Price, license period and available payment methods are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by independent payment providers whose own terms also apply to the transaction.

NeuroSK does not request or store full card details, CVV/CVC or wallet secrets. The email entered at checkout is used to deliver the license and download access.

4. Your responsibilities

Third-party software may violate the rules of individual games or platforms and can result in account restrictions. NeuroSK does not guarantee that such sanctions will not occur.

• use NeuroSK only on devices and accounts you are lawfully entitled to use;
• review and follow the rules of the relevant game, platform and anti-cheat system;
• do not use NeuroSK to interfere with third-party devices, services or data;
• do not bypass licensing restrictions, resell keys or attempt to access closed service components.

5. Compatibility, anti-cheat and mouse control

The developer aims to support stated configurations and fix defects, but compatibility depends on Windows, GPU drivers, hardware, the current game version and third-party protection systems. Error-free uninterrupted operation and compatibility of every control method with every game are not guaranteed.

NeuroSK contains several technical components. Correct application startup and working computer vision or target detection do not mean that a particular game will necessarily accept input from the selected software mouse-control method. FACEIT Anti-Cheat, Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), Riot Vanguard and other anti-cheat systems may block, ignore or alter software-generated input independently of the NeuroSK model.

If detection works but mouse movement or aiming inside a game does not occur because of the selected input method or a third-party anti-cheat restriction, that fact alone is not a defect in NeuroSK computer vision. The user may need to select another supported control method or use compatible hardware HID, including MAKCU or CH9329.

Before a refund is considered, or as a voluntary alternative to it, support may offer a technically compatible remedy such as another driver, configuration guidance, a hardware HID option or temporary access to another edition. In particular, for some NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50-series systems purchased with Basic, support may provide Advanced for part of the license term at no additional charge when this enables an appropriate configuration. Such assistance is a support measure and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Updates may change the interface, supported control methods and technical requirements where necessary for security, stability or continued product development.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be temporarily restricted in cases of obvious license abuse, mass sharing, attempts to bypass restrictions, fraud, attacks against infrastructure or an active payment dispute while the issue is investigated.

If access was restricted in error, contact support for review.

7. Refunds

Refund rules are set out in the separate Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived by agreement.

8. Changes and disputes

The current version of these terms is published on this page. Material changes apply to new purchases after publication and to existing licenses only where necessary for operation, security or legal compliance.
